3. What is the Refund Policy?

Refund Initiation:

• Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or live chat.
• We verify and share return instructions.
• Once we receive the product and complete inspection, the refund is initiated.
• Amount is credited within 6–7 working days to your original payment method.

Important: A ₹99 fee applies to returns. For approved exception cases (like edibles), a 10% deduction of the product price plus shipping costs may apply.

Cash on Delivery Orders: We do not provide cash refunds. Customers must share UPI or bank account details for a transfer.

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery.

• A ₹99 exchange fee is applicable.

• Once verified, we will arrange the exchange shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Share clear photos of the issue.
• We will send a replacement at no additional cost once verified.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders across India! A flat fee of ₹29 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
